We also will work with your provider to obtain a new prescription at your request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ordering-refills\"><strong>Ordering Refills <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A member of our team will contact you when a refill is due, several days before you run out of medication. If you need a refill before we contact you, call <a href=\"tel:+15025591310\">(502) 559-1310<\/a> or <a href=\"tel:+18666168088\">(866) 616-8088<\/a>. We will coordinate pickup or delivery of your prescription.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-unavailable-medications\"><strong>Unavailable Medications <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Norton Specialty Pharmacy has access to and stocks a wide variety of specialty medications. In the event that we are not able to obtain your medication, we will work with you and another pharmacy to ensure you have access to your medication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-insurance\"><strong>Insurance <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Norton Specialty Pharmacy is able to accept and bill most insurance plans. If your insurance requires you to use another pharmacy, we will work with you and the other pharmacy to ensure the prescription is moved and you have access to your medication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-patient-management-services\"><strong>Patient Management Services <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Patient Management Services is encouraged for all patients. We especially encourage patients who are taking high-risk medications or who have difficulty following their medication plan to participate in this free service. When we first speak to you, we will offer to enroll you in the program. Your enrollment is completely up to you, and you may opt out at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-copays-and-assistance\"><strong>Copays and Assistance <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Norton Specialty Pharmacy will work with your insurance company to bill for your medication. If any copay is not affordable, we will work with you and available financial support resources, possibly lowering your costs.
