Our cardiac rehabilitation specialists guide you on lifestyle changes for a healthier future. Our team provides practical and emotional support for you and your entire family as you resume your life\u2019s activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The cardiac rehabilitation program includes up to 36 monitored exercise sessions, held three times per week. During these sessions your heart rate and rhythm, as well as blood pressure, are monitored.
