If your medical needs require another type of transportation, begin planning now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please see the transportation options listed below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Be sure to discuss these options with your insurance provider to better understand your out-of-pocket costs. Funds from a health savings account (HAS) or flexible spending account (FSA) can be used for transportation to or from medical facilities if the transportation is used primarily for, and essential to, medical care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you have questions, ask one of your caregivers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table is-style-stripes\"><table><thead><tr><th><strong>Transportation Type<\/strong><\/th><th><strong>Cost Range<\/strong><\/th><th><strong>When Do I Pay?<\/strong><\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>Complex transport<br>Advance life support ambulance<\/td><td>Approximately $800<\/td><td>Your insurance will be billed and you may be reponsible for any remaining out-of-pocket costs.
